Tequesta Waterfront New Construction

For this beautiful, new, waterfront home in Tequesta, Florida, we set out to create spaces where the client could both entertain for larger gatherings and truly relax with family. We envisioned the home as clean, bright, and airy, with vibrant pops of color. Rather than adhering to strict matching, we focused on curating pieces and hues that resonated with the client, selecting items that truly sparked joy and reflected their personality.

They wanted their master bedroom to feel calm and serene, so we intentionally chose solid fabrics for the headboards while incorporating playful prints on the pillows to infuse a vibrant touch. This approach also allows our client to easily swap out pillows for an easy update, which was important to them.

To balance the serene spaces, we brought some lively personality to the upstairs hangout room, starting with the bold and lively Katie Ridder Inc fabrics. The incredible glass bubble chandelier was a beautiful custom collaboration with Light Factory.

In the living room, the accent chairs, crafted in our Florida workroom, are wrapped in a luxurious Home Couture fabric, while the custom sofas feature performance indoor-outdoor fabric from Perennials Fabrics, bringing even more function to the beautiful space.
