In this modern beach house, a seamless collaboration between Stephanie and Bloom Building & Construction brought together thoughtful design and expert construction.

In a world where so few things are still handmade, we take pride in crafting our furniture whenever we can. For this project, we included multiple custom-made pieces by our upholsterer, to bring both beauty and comfort to this coastal retreat. Tailor-made sectional and ottomans, featuring hand-tied springs created the perfect balance of luxury comfort and heirloom durability.

We worked with Downsview Custom Cabinets for the kitchen and all the bathroom vanities. We tucked a little coffee bar into these tall custom cabinets, making it easy for our clients to access when needed,
and easy to hide for a sleek look.The countertop is a quartzite stone. In the master, Kodama made these really cool custom side tables with outlets inside and a light bar underneath so he had the ability to use layered lighting in his bedroom. the master bathroom is made with 100% marble large field tiles and mosaic textured marble on two accent walls. We designed the pool with Abaco pools. He wanted this elevated hottub with a waterfall edge which makes the space feel elevated and spa like.
