Lost Tree Retreat

T he primary vision for this project was to craft a home that felt distinctly curated and one-of-a-kind. The client had a deep appreciation for the elegance of boutique hotels and embraced a willingness to take bold design risks, which inspired a daring and distinctive approach. The result was a residence adorned with couture fabrics, bespoke furniture, and meticulously crafted spaces that harmonize opulence with inviting comfort.

This full-scale renovation transformed every inch of the property, from selectively repainting rooms to gutting and redesigning others. Custom finishes added unique character, while new structural features, like a dock, provided the homeowners easy access to the intercoastal waters.

Muralist Joseph Steiert brought the dining room to life with his vibrant, hand-painted murals. They not only serve as focal points but also infuse the home with a sense of whimsy and personality.

Steiert's murals add layers
of sophistication.

Each room was elevated through custom wall treatments and one-of-a-kind furnishings. We sourced high-end couture fabrics and worked closely with skilled artisans to craft exclusive furniture and fixtures.

A custom mohair and linen
shag rug adds a layer of warmth and sophistication.

Custom-painted millwork and intricately applied molding details were introduced to elevate the ceilings, further enhancing the home's architectural elegance and timeless beauty.

Luxurious velvets and silks are immersed in the main living areas and bedrooms to create an inviting and opulent atmosphere.
