Jonathan’s Landing Waterfront Renovation

We loved reimagining this stunning home in Jonathan’s Landing, where every detail was meticulously crafted to evoke a fresh and welcoming atmosphere, perfectly suited to its expansive scale. The entryway, which could easily have felt overwhelming, was beautifully transformed with shell reef stone from the Dominican Republic, adding texture and depth while serving as a striking focal point that sets the tone for the entire residence. We carried this thoughtful design approach to the exterior as well, featuring a tabby driveway paired with artificial turf, which together create a warm and approachable entrance. This remarkable renovation was brought to life by the talented architect Carlos Bonilla.

Our client’s sense of fun and whimsy inspired us to infuse vibrant colors throughout the home, allowing us to play creatively without overwhelming the expansive space.

Harmoniously blending materials creates a balanced, inviting atmosphere that draws you into each room.

Incorporating vintage furniture pieces with custom upholstery make the home feel personalized.

We painted the upstairs hallway coffee bar a vibrant orange to enliven what could otherwise be a long and monotonous passage between the bedrooms.
