What began as a 1925 summer retreat is now the home that supports our family’s daily life. Designed by John Calvin Stevens and surrounded by the greens of the Portland Country Club, "Fairways" is our ongoing and ever-evolving project. Rather than reinvent the house, we've chosen to honor its original charm, leaning into the craftsmanship, preserved millwork, and unique quirks that come with a century-old property.

Textures soften big rooms, durable fabrics withstand our children's daily messes, original details remain proudly visible, and every choice balances beauty with real usability. 

Because we wanted to run our business from home, we renovated the existing bare-bones carriage house into an office and wellness space complete with a full bath, workout space, and coffee station. We've also enhanced the property with a chicken coop, treehouse, and sauna. Together, we are shaping this home to fit our family's needs and Maine lifestyle.
